Resource allocation
Each managed workspace runs on its own dedicated virtual private server. You do not share resources with other EnvHaven users. Resources depend on your tier and region:
| Tier | vCPUs | RAM | Disk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hobby | 2 | 2–4 GB | 40 GB NVMe SSD |
| Plus | 3–4 | 4–8 GB | 80 GB NVMe SSD |
| Pro | 4–8 | 8–16 GB | 160 GB NVMe SSD |
The lower end of each range applies to US regions; the higher end applies to EU regions. All tiers include 20 TB monthly network transfer in EU regions and 1 TB in US regions.
These resources are exclusively yours for the duration of your subscription. We do not throttle or limit your usage within these allocations.
If you exceed your monthly network transfer allowance, we may contact you to discuss options.
Reporting violations
If you believe someone is violating this policy, please report it to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible.
Enforcement
When we identify violations:
- Minor violations: We'll contact you and give you a chance to correct the issue
- Serious violations: We may suspend your account immediately while we investigate
- Severe violations: Immediate termination without notice (e.g., CSAM, active attacks on other systems)
We review each case individually. For most violations, we prefer education and correction over punishment.
Appeals
If you believe we made an error in enforcing this policy, you can appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days. Include your account information and an explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.
Changes
We may update this policy as new situations arise. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
